LYANNE R. J. LOWE, Attorney-at-Law
Lyanne attended the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School and graduated in 2012 and 2014 respectively. She was called to the Barbados Bar in 2014.
Lyanne has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in her practice with Finisterre Attorney. Her broad legal practice covers corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, property, trusts and estates and family law. She has particular experience in commercial litigation, insurance, financial services and has worked with local insurance companies and other financial institutions in the Caribbean.
Immediately prior to joining Finisterre Attorneys, Lyanne interned with a local law firm where she worked on a number of civil, property, family and estate matters.
Lyanne’s other legal interests include Competition law, Caribbean Integration and Development Law and offshore law. Lyanne also directs her skills towards community service and development being an active member of the Community Service Committee of the Rotoract Club of South Barbados. Lyanne’s service on this committee involves co-coordinating and participating in community outreach activities including the care of the elderly, aid for disadvantaged children and the impoverished and the conservation of the environment.
